做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
