做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
