做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
