做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
