做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
