做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
