做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
