做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
