做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
