做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
