做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
