做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
