做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
