做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
