做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
