做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
