做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
