做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
